Housekeeping Supervisor

This full-time, on-site position involves managing daily housekeeping operations across both the club and restaurant, ensuring all areas consistently meet premium standards. The role requires effective staff scheduling, task delegation, training, and inventory oversight, while maintaining close coordination with duty managers and executive leadership to guarantee seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the housekeeping team to ensure efficient task allocation and high performance.
- Oversee daily cleaning operations to maintain impeccable cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the facilities.
- Conduct training sessions for housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and use of equipment and chemicals.
- Manage housekeeping inventory, including cleaning supplies and tools, ensuring availability and proper usage.
- Collaborate closely with duty managers and executive management to address operational needs and guest requests promptly.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to maintain motivation and adherence to company standards.
- Enforce safety and cleanliness policies rigorously to comply with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain housekeeping schedules and reports using basic computer applications.

Required Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in housekeeping within hotels, clubs, or fine-dining restaurants.
- Hands-on knowledge of housekeeping chemicals, cleaning equipment, and their safe handling.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and respond to guest needs professionally.
- Ability to enforce and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in line with company policies.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer literacy for scheduling and reporting purposes.
- Relevant education or vocational training in hospitality management or a related discipline.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in Gulberg or nearby areas of Lahore.
