Bahria Enclave is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department at the Bahria Enclave Head Office in Islamabad. This position involves managing a team of 10 persons to ensure all office areas, washrooms, corridors, and common spaces meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The supervisor is responsible for organizing staff schedules, supervising cleaning procedures, and maintaining discipline and punctuality within the team.

This role requires a minimum of two years of experience in a similar capacity and operates within standard office hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining a clean and healthy work environment, which contributes to the overall efficiency and well-being of all employees. The position demands keen attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and management. The supervisor also monitors resource usage, ensures availability of cleaning supplies and equipment, and promptly reports any maintenance or staffing concerns to management, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

Organize staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during operational hours, taking into account leaves and absences.
Ensure the proper use, storage, and availability of cleaning materials and equipment, maintaining inventory records as needed.
Conduct regular training sessions to keep the housekeeping team updated on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and standards.
Report any housekeeping issues, staff shortages, or equipment maintenance requirements promptly to the concerned management for timely resolution.
Implement and enforce cleaning procedures and standards in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain clear communication channels within the team and with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and resolve issues quickly.
Promote a safe working environment by adhering to occupational health and safety guidelines and encouraging team compliance.
