HR/ Admin Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with over three years of hands-on experience in HR management, ideally within staffing, BPO, agency, or other fast-paced operational environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition, along with a solid understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements. This role demands a proactive individual capable of managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various roles and departments, ensuring timely and effective talent acquisition.
- Oversee onboarding programs to facilitate smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
- Implement and maintain HR policies in compliance with labor laws and regulatory standards.
- Drive performance management initiatives and support employee development plans to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Utilize HR software and tools for efficient documentation, reporting, and data management.
- Cultivate and sustain a positive and engaging workplace culture through strong leadership and communication.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and align HR strategies accordingly.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR management, preferably within staffing, BPO, agency, or fast-paced operational settings.
- Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standards.
- Experience in performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Proficiency in HR software, spreadsheets, and documentation management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment efforts across multiple roles and departments simultaneously.

Location
This position is based in Lahore and requires onsite presence.
