HR Assistant (Female) Required – RS Consultant

RS Consultant is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily HR administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy. This role requires someone who is well-organized, tech-savvy, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality. The position offers a competitive salary package ranging from PKR 40,000 to 45,000 per month, depending on experience. The work location is in person at Main Bahadurabad near Tooso Restaurant, Tariq Road.

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word for data management, reporting, and document formatting.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain HR documents and records with attention to detail.
- Ensure proper alignment, formatting, and presentation of all HR-related documentation.
- Assist in overall HR administration and coordination to support smooth operations.
- Support management with scheduling, correspondence, and accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive HR information.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel and Word, including formatting, formulas, and document alignment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Good communication skills to interact professionally within the team and with management.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
