Infina Health is looking for a motivated HR Assistant to join our remote, US-based team. In this junior role within the HR Department, you will support the company’s human resources operations, focusing primarily on recruitment and applicant management. Your efforts will contribute directly to the company’s growth by ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) remotely and assist with the overall recruitment process.
- Screen and coordinate all applicants currently under review using the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Collaborate with senior HR team members to complete daily workloads and meet departmental goals.
- Ensure timely processing of incoming resumes and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Shortlist resumes received in the ATS with daily updates to maintain an organized candidate pipeline.
- Handle a large volume of resumes daily, prioritizing job openings and managing recruitment pipelines effectively.
- Coordinate interview scheduling by communicating with candidates and arranging interview times in a timely and organized manner.
- Conduct job market research, surveys, and analysis to stay informed about current trends and labor market information.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the system, including resignation, termination, and joining dates.
- Ensure all HR documentation is accurately maintained and complies with system requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in human resources or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks, documentation, and data entry.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Zoho Recruit, Paycor, or similar systems, along with strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with employees, candidates, and other stakeholders.
