HR Assistant

We are looking for a motivated HR Assistant Intern to join our recruitment team at our Rawalpindi office. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or those early in their HR career who enjoy engaging with people and want to develop practical skills in talent acquisition. The position is on-site with working hours from Monday to Friday, 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM, located at the top floor of Gold Mark Plaza, Asghar Mall Road, Rawalpindi. Successful completion of the internship may lead to a permanent full-time role.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes, ensuring smooth candidate flow.
- Source and screen candidates using job boards and professional networks.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support new employee onboarding and orientation activities.
- Maintain accurate tracking logs and update candidate pipelines regularly.

Required Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor for phone and chat interactions.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications, especially MS Office tools.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site during evening and night shifts.
