We are looking for a committed HR Associate to join our team full-time and on-site. This role is essential in supporting a variety of human resources functions to ensure the efficient operation of the HR department. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and must be willing to work night shifts as part of their regular schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates to identify the best talent.
- Coordinate with employees to address and resolve HR-related inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Oversee attendance and leave management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained.
- Maintain and update HR documentation and records in compliance with company policies.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Support daily HR operations and perform various administrative tasks to assist the HR team.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts as part of the standard work schedule.
