HR Associate

My Brand Genius is expanding its team and seeking a motivated HR Associate to join us onsite in Valencia Town, Lahore. This full-time role offers an opportunity to contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and daily HR operations. The working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best talent.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with various teams to support efficient HR operations and foster collaboration.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Between 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
- Practical experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Strong understanding of HR documentation, employee records, and HR processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
