HR Associate

Virtue Patch is seeking a motivated HR Associate to join our dynamic team in Lahore. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and overall HR operations within a fast-paced and creative software product company. The ideal candidate will work closely with management to streamline HR processes and support a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Bring creativity and innovation to enhance HR processes.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, application reviews, interview scheduling, reference checks, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain onboarding materials to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Conduct regular employee performance reviews in collaboration with management.
- Administer payroll and support HR operational tasks.
- Address employee grievances and enforce disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Promote a culture of equality, diversity, and inclusion across the organization.
- Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees.
- Plan and organize company events and team-building activities to boost employee morale.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and openness to learning new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in an HR role is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is preferred.
- Full-time position based in Lahore with a starting salary from Rs55,000 per month.
