HR, Compliance & Admin Officer

Integra Security Group is seeking a full-time HR, Compliance & Admin Officer to join our team at the Lahore office. This role involves managing human resources processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing employee learning programs. The successful candidate will support both the Lahore and London offices with administrative duties and contribute to maintaining a professional and efficient work environment. This position offers an opportunity to work with a leading security services provider known for its commitment to safety across diverse sectors such as offices, hospitals, construction sites, and retail spaces.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations for HR and compliance improvements.
- Handle administrative tasks for both Lahore and London offices, ensuring smooth operational support.
- Collaborate with management to maintain a positive workplace culture and address employee concerns effectively.

Salary and Location
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 65,000 to 75,000 per month, depending on experience. The role is based at Lake City Meadows Commercial Area Phase 1 (formerly State Life Society), near DHA Phase 5 in Lahore.
