The Human Resources department is seeking a motivated HR Coordinator Intern to join the team on-site at our Rawalpindi office. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
- Support the management and updating of the HRMS database, including maintaining accurate employee records and logs.
- Help draft professional HR correspondence such as letters, notices, and memos.
- Compile and organize data for periodic HR activity reports to aid in departmental analysis.
- Facilitate effective day-to-day employee relations and internal communication within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business, or a related field.
