Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze HR-related datasets to generate actionable insights that support workforce and organizational decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like Microsoft Excel and Power BI to visualize key workforce metrics for HR teams and management.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve HR processes by reducing manual tasks and enhancing reporting efficiency.
- Gain exposure to employee rewards systems, including compensation and benefits analytics, to support informed decision-making.
- Assist in organizational design efforts by applying data-driven approaches to evaluate and optimize workforce structure, roles, and reporting relationships.
- Present findings and support data-driven decision-making within the HR function, focusing on turning insights into impactful business outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience are eligible.
- Strong analytical mindset with curiosity and eagerness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including skills such as PivotTables, lookup functions, data cleaning, formulas, and charting.
- Basic experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation, data preparation, visualization, and insight presentation.
