HR Executive – Master AI

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit outstanding professionals across multiple countries and disciplines by sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, recruiting platforms, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Review resumes, applications, portfolios, and other candidate materials to evaluate professional backgrounds and capabilities.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to distinguish exceptional performers from average candidates.
- Utilize AI tools and modern recruiting technologies to enhance candidate sourcing, screening, and interview preparation.
- Collaborate with leadership and department teams to identify hiring requirements and coordinate the selection process.
- Support new hires with onboarding and integration, ensuring they receive guidance and resources to succeed.
- Address people-related challenges that may impact employee productivity and retention.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 6 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
- Strong passion for recruiting and engaging with candidates, including passive talent.
- Proven ability to evaluate candidates beyond their resumes, assessing initiative, ownership, learning ability, and long-term potential.
- Experience sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with candidates from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about AI tools and recruiting technologies.
- Strong organizational skills, persistence, and sound judgment in talent evaluation.
- Experience recruiting internationally or across multiple disciplines is highly desirable.
