Fulcrum, a reputed client company, is seeking a skilled HR Executive to oversee daily HR functions within a rotational shift setting. The role involves managing payroll, attendance, workforce coordination, shift scheduling, employee relations, and maintaining HR documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR operations aligned with company policies and labor regulations while supporting a dynamic and labor-intensive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all day-to-day HR activities during assigned rotational shifts.
- Accurately process payroll and ensure timely completion of salary disbursements.
- Monitor and maintain attendance, leave records, and timekeeping systems.
- Prepare and manage employee shift rosters to optimize workforce allocation.
- Supervise on-site labor and workforce management to maintain operational efficiency.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
- Address employee queries and handle routine HR matters professionally.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with management and other departments on HR-related issues to support organizational goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations including payroll, attendance monitoring, and workforce management.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR/timekeeping software.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a shift-based or labor-intensive environment is highly desirable.
