Hasan Suleman Memorial Hospital (HSMH), a 312-bed welfare hospital under development in Malir, Karachi, is preparing to open in December 2026. We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Executive to join our expanding team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to building a healthcare organization that values its people and fosters a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to attract qualified candidates.
- Provide employee relations support and address HR-related queries effectively.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development initiatives for hospital staff.
- Oversee payroll processing and attendance tracking to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain comprehensive HR documentation and employee records.
- Assist with daily HR operations to support smooth functioning within the hospital.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience within a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Proven hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, training, and payroll management.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of hospital-specific HR practices and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work in-person at the hospital location, demonstrating reliability and commitment.

This position is based at Hasan Suleman Memorial Hospital, located at Plot #89, Deh Khanto, Taluka Ibrahim Hyderi, District Malir, Karachi. Candidates should be prepared to commute independently to the site.
