HR Executive (Female)

We are seeking a motivated and professional female HR Executive to join The Noor Project, an NGO based in DHA EME Lahore, near Thokar Niaz Baig. This full-time position requires a candidate with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience who can effectively manage various human resource functions and contribute to maintaining a positive workplace environment. The role involves hands-on involvement in recruitment, employee management, and HR operations, supporting the organization’s goals and policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment and hiring processes to attract and select qualified candidates.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation to ensure compliance and organization.
- Handle attendance tracking, leave management, and other employee-related matters efficiently.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees to facilitate smooth integration.
- Support payroll processing and other HR operational tasks as needed.
- Assist in the implementation and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
- Foster and maintain a positive, professional workplace environment that encourages employee engagement.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and management.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A professional attitude with a strong sense of confidentiality and discretion.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with FlowHCM software is highly desirable, enhancing HR management efficiency.
- The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 45,000.
- Work is conducted in person at the Lahore office, providing direct engagement with the team and organizational activities.
