HR Executive--Female

Connected Lines is seeking a professional and proactive Female HR Executive to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the human resources functions, ensuring smooth recruitment processes, effective employee management, and seamless HR operations. Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment activities including screening and interviewing candidates to identify the best fit for the organization.

- Facilitate employee onboarding processes and handle all related documentation efficiently.
- Manage attendance and leave records to ensure accurate tracking and compliance.
- Maintain comprehensive employee records and update HR databases regularly.
- Coordinate effectively with management and staff to support HR initiatives and organizational goals.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and assist in resolving employee queries and workplace matters promptly.
