We are seeking a dedicated HR professional to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and support various human resource functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting and selecting talent, managing employee onboarding, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with management and different departments to foster a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and selection coordination.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and arrange subsequent interview rounds with management teams.
- Manage employee onboarding activities and ensure completion of joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, leave management, and employee schedules.
- Prepare and maintain employment letters, HR policies, warnings, notices, and other relevant HR documents.
- Coordinate probation periods, employee confirmations, performance reviews, and disciplinary procedures.
- Track employee performance against assigned targets and company expectations.
- Address employee queries and collaborate with management to resolve workplace issues.
- Ensure adherence to company rules, policies, procedures, and professional standards.
- Manage resignations, terminations, exit procedures, and clearance formalities efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
- Prepare regular HR reports and provide employee-related updates to management.
- Support management in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to address employee requirements and administrative matters.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in handling end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in maintaining HR documentation and generating reports.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
