We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our team in F-5 Islamabad. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing the entire recruitment process, ensuring the timely hiring of quality talent. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple recruitment tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive candidate experience. The role is full-time, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers a competitive monthly salary range of PKR 50,000 to 60,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various positions across the organization.
- Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the selection process.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and prepare recruitment reports as needed.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively liaise with candidates and internal teams.
- Ability to independently meet hiring deadlines and manage recruitment priorities.
- Familiarity with various job portals and sourcing techniques to attract suitable candidates.
