HR Executive

Fatehjang Suzuki Motors, located in Fateh Jang, is seeking a responsible and organized Human Resource Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. The role involves managing daily HR operations including employee records, recruitment processes, attendance tracking, and staff coordination. The working hours for this position are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. This is an on-site role, and candidates should be comfortable commuting to the Suzuki Fateh Jang Motors location.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee attendance, leaves, and maintain daily HR records while assisting in the design and implementation of HR policies.
- Maintain and update employee files and documentation accurately.
- Support recruitment activities such as candidate screening, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Prepare employment letters, HR-related documents, and internal communications.
- Coordinate employee joining formalities, transfers, and exit procedures efficiently.
- Monitor staff discipline and ensure adherence to workplace policies.
- Address employee queries and provide support on day-to-day HR matters.
- Assist with payroll-related information by providing monthly attendance data.
- Liaise with management regarding staffing needs and employee-related issues.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management activities.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures at all times.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all employee information.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in human resources is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Good interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Prior experience working in a dealership or a similar organizational environment will be considered an advantage.
- This position requires the candidate to work on-site at the Fateh Jang location, so applicants should be comfortable with daily commuting.
