Government Holdings (Private) Limited (GHPL) is seeking a dedicated HR Executive to join their team. This role involves supporting various human resource functions to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations within the organization. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing recruitment, employee relations, and administrative HR tasks in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance workforce skills and performance.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance department.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and other employment matters.
- Facilitate performance appraisal processes and maintain documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR metrics for management review.
- Participate in employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations, preferably within a corporate or government-related organization.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR information systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Additional certifications in HR such as SHRM or CIPD will be considered an advantage.
