HR Executive

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Wapda Town, Lahore. This position focuses on managing recruitment activities specifically for call center roles. The working hours for this role are from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in call center recruitment and a strong passion for attracting top talent to support our expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process for call center positions from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates efficiently to ensure a quality talent pool.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent hiring stages with relevant stakeholders.
- Schedule interviews and maintain detailed and accurate candidate records.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and deliver accordingly.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires to ensure quick integration into the team.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably within a Call Center or BPO environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal teams.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting recruitment targets.
