HR Executive

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our team at our Wapda Town, Lahore location. This role operates from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM and focuses primarily on recruitment for call center positions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in call center recruitment and a passion for attracting and hiring top talent. Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes specifically for call center roles.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates effectively to meet hiring needs.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent hiring steps with relevant stakeholders.
- Schedule interviews and maintain accurate candidate records throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand and fulfill recruitment requirements.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, facilitating their integration into the organization.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a Call Center or BPO environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal teams.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting hiring targets.
