HR Executive

Trigency 360, a dynamic marketing solutions agency based in Karachi Division, is seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team. We serve a diverse client base across various industries both locally and internationally. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to multiple facets of human resource management within a fast-paced and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including onboarding and employee relations.
- Support performance management activities and coordinate training initiatives.
- Oversee payroll management to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Assist with HR administrative duties such as maintaining employee records, managing databases, and processing necessary paperwork.
- Gain hands-on experience in employee relations, benefits administration, and enforcing company policies.
- Stay informed about current HR trends and best practices through research and participation in relevant workshops when applicable.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as an HR Executive.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and management.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Commitment to staying updated on evolving HR trends and practices.

The working hours for this position are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. The role is based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 2, Karachi, and requires in-person attendance.

This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary range of Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 55,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
