HR Executive

AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated HR Executive to join its human resources team based in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have between two to three years of experience in HR and hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources or an equivalent qualification. This role is essential for supporting the company’s HR functions, including recruitment, employee development, and organizational growth initiatives. The position requires on-site presence in Karachi and offers a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding.
- Support organizational development efforts such as performance management and employee engagement activities to improve workplace culture.
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate HR records, prepare reports, and keep recruitment trackers current.
- Facilitate employee development programs, coordinate training sessions, and support other HR initiatives aimed at continuous learning and growth.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources or a related field.
- Two to three years of relevant experience in HR functions, with a preference for recruitment and organizational development expertise.

Compensation and Work Location
- Monthly salary range: PKR 50,000 to PKR 60,000.
- Work location: On-site in Karachi.
