We are seeking a dedicated HR professional to manage comprehensive human resource functions within a dynamic manufacturing or production environment. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, attendance monitoring, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws, ensuring smooth HR operations that support organizational goals. This role requires close collaboration with various departments, including production and operations, to address workforce-related matters effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, conducting interviews, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and HR databases to ensure data integrity.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, shift schedules, overtime, and other related HR activities.
- Coordinate with the payroll department for timely salary processing and address any employee payroll queries promptly.
- Handle employee relations by addressing grievances, disciplinary issues, and workplace concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensure adherence to company HR policies as well as compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Facilitate employee lifecycle events such as joining, transfers, confirmations, promotions, and exits.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports related to manpower, attendance, turnover, recruitment, and employee movements for management review.
- Support performance management processes, including employee evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and organizational initiatives.
- Coordinate training and development programs aligned with organizational needs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Collaborate closely with production and operations teams to resolve workforce-related issues and improve productivity.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all employee information and HR documentation.
- Support HR audits, inspections, and other administrative tasks as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or production sectors.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employee relations, attendance management, payroll coordination, and recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with applicable labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation and Work Location
The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs75,000 to Rs85,000. This role requires in-person attendance at the designated work location.
