Clear Wave Information Technologies (CWIT) is seeking a dedicated HR Executive to join its HR & Administration team. This full-time, on-site position operates from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM and is based at the company’s premises. CWIT is a technology-driven digital transformation company specializing in enterprise software development, AI solutions, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and IT-enabled services. The HR Executive will play a vital role in managing daily HR operations within a dynamic software house environment, focusing on recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, attendance management, onboarding, and employee engagement. This role requires close collaboration with management and the Accounts & Admin teams to ensure efficient and professional HR processes. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate sourcing through platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding. Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate technical and managerial interviews. Understand basic technical requirements for roles such as Software Development, QA, DevOps, AI, UI/UX, and IT Support to effectively evaluate candidates. Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular recruitment updates. Handle offer coordination, joining dates, and pre-employment documentation.

Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle: Oversee employee onboarding and joining formalities, conduct orientation sessions, and ensure new hires are familiar with company policies. Maintain records related to probation periods, confirmations, transfers, resignations, and exits. Coordinate offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation and clearance procedures are completed.

HR Records & Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential employee files, contracts, HR forms, and employment records. Prepare routine HR documents such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, probation notices, and warning letters. Ensure all HR documentation is organized and readily available for audits and internal reviews.

Attendance, Leave & Payroll Inputs: Monitor attendance, leave, late arrivals, short leaves, and approved overtime. Follow up on attendance discrepancies with employees and relevant departments. Prepare and verify payroll inputs related to attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, new joiners, and exits in coordination with the Accounts/Finance team. Ensure timely and accurate submission of payroll-related information.

Employee Relations & Engagement: Address routine employee queries and HR concerns professionally and promptly. Handle grievances confidentially and escalate sensitive issues when necessary. Coordinate employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture. Support communication of HR policies, announcements, and updates.

Performance & Development: Assist with the performance review and appraisal process by managing schedules, documentation, and follow-ups. Track probation reviews and ensure timely feedback from managers. Coordinate training and development initiatives and maintain related records. Support employee development and workplace improvement programs.

HR Policies & Process Improvement: Support the implementation and consistent application of HR policies and procedures. Identify gaps in HR processes and suggest practical improvements. Maintain compliance records for audits and internal reviews.

HR Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports on recruitment, attendance, employee turnover, probation, confirmations, and other HR activities. Provide accurate HR information and updates to management as required.

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is essential. Candidates should have 2 to 4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within a software house, IT services company, or a similarly fast-paced environment. Proven hands-on experience in recruiting both technical and non-technical roles is required, along with managing daily HR operations and employee documentation.

Preferred Skills

Strong understanding of technical recruitment, including roles in software development, QA, DevOps, AI, and IT support. Proficiency in candidate sourcing using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and professional networks. Excellent interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of HR policies, employment documentation, and labor laws. Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets and familiarity with HRMS, ATS, or other HR tools. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities independently. High confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee information. Professional and approachable demeanor, comfortable interacting with employees at all levels.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and people-oriented, capable of taking ownership of HR activities while collaborating effectively with management and other departments. Comfort working in a fast-paced software-house environment and maintaining timely follow-ups is essential.

Compensation: Rs 60,000 to Rs 80,000 per month
