HR Executive

Located in Wapda Town, Lahore, this full-time HR Executive position offers an excellent opportunity to join a vibrant team specializing in BPO recruitment. The role demands a proactive and well-organized professional capable of managing the entire hiring lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, ensuring recruitment goals are achieved efficiently. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. This on-site role provides a monthly salary ranging from PKR 45,000 to 55,000 and requires hands-on experience in BPO recruitment along with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, primarily focusing on BPO and customer sales roles.
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial screening calls, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and fulfill recruitment requirements effectively.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates, handle interview follow-ups, and coordinate offer letters.
- Keep recruitment trackers and candidate databases up to date, and prepare hiring reports as needed.
- Support onboarding activities, employee documentation, and assist with other HR operations when required.

Required Qualifications
- Between 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in HR or recruitment.
- Prior experience specifically in BPO hiring is mandatory.
- Proven track record recruiting for customer service, call center, or sales positions is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting recruitment targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment tracking tools.
