HR Executive (Night Shift — US Campaign)

Exio is seeking a dedicated HR Executive to join its expanding HR team supporting US-based campaign operations. This role involves managing the entire recruitment process for the night shift, specifically for the US campaign. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring a seamless hiring experience. This position is based in Bahawalpur, with working hours from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for the US campaign.
- Post and maintain job openings on relevant platforms and job boards.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate applicant records and prepare recruitment reports.
- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Support onboarding documentation and assist in coordinating new employee onboarding.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance recruitment workflows and reduce hiring turnaround time.

Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn recruiting, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment.
