HR Executive Night Shift

KGT Global is seeking a responsible and organized HR Executive to oversee daily human resources operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, effective coordination abilities, and a solid understanding of recruitment and employee management processes. This role requires managing various HR functions to ensure smooth operations and support the workforce efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the recruitment process including CV screening, candidate communication, and interview scheduling.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with senior management for final interview arrangements.
- Oversee employee attendance, leave records, and daily HR operational tasks.
- Handle onboarding procedures, including preparation of joining documentation, offer letters, and maintaining employee records.
- Monitor employee performance, punctuality, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Address employee queries, issue warnings when necessary, and manage resignations and exit formalities.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate documentation and records.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment is preferred.
- Proficient English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation management.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Job Details

- Working Days: 6 days per week
- Working Hours: 9 hours per day
- Location: Nazimabad No. 1, Karachi
- Salary Range: PKR 25,000 to 40,000 per month
