HR Executive - Night Shift

Interact Global Pvt. Ltd., located in Wapda Town, Lahore, is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join its Human Resources team. We are currently hiring for two positions: HR Executive and HR Intern. This is a full-time, on-site role with shift timings from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidates will be proactive, organized, and ready to contribute to a dynamic HR environment, supporting various HR functions within the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Conduct initial telephonic screenings and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Support employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation processes.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave data, and other HR documentation.
- Assist in daily HR operations and administrative activities to ensure smooth department functioning.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding HR-related matters and facilitate communication.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- For the HR Executive role, 1–2 years of relevant HR experience is required.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for the HR Intern position.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work the specified night shift on-site.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with experience in BPO, Call Center, Healthcare, or Medical Billing industries will be given preference. This background will be advantageous due to the nature of the company’s operations and client base. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 80,000.
