HR Executive

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our dynamic call center team based in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. This role is ideal for both freshers and experienced candidates who want to build or advance their careers in customer service. The position requires working night shifts and mandates in-person attendance at the workplace. Compensation varies between Rs21,081.15 and Rs104,943.68 per month, depending on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries or issues promptly.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately within the system.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve performance targets.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection guidelines.
- Work night shifts as scheduled, demonstrating reliability and punctuality.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education requirement is Matriculation or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office and call center software.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
