HR Generalist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Islamabad. This full-time position operates from 5 PM to 2 AM PKT and requires a professional with 2 to 3 years of practical experience in People & Culture, Employee Experience, onboarding, offboarding, and daily HR administration. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a positive workplace environment and managing smooth HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle. This role involves close collaboration with employees and management to enhance engagement and ensure efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employee engagement, transfers, and offboarding.
- Lead and facilitate a smooth and positive new-hire onboarding experience, ensuring all documentation, orientation, and joining formalities are completed efficiently.
- Oversee offboarding and exit processes, including conducting exit interviews, managing clearance procedures, handling documentation, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Support and implement People & Culture initiatives aimed at boosting employee engagement, satisfaction, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Address employee queries and concerns promptly, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution.
- Contribute to enhancing the overall Employee Experience through HR programs, activities, and continuous process improvements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Coordinate HR administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, leave management, employee documentation, and other related processes.
- Collaborate closely with managers and employees to support day-to-day people-related matters.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, internal events, and culture-building initiatives.
- Ensure consistent communication and adherence to HR policies and processes across the organization.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, and other necessary documentation.
- Support the HR team with various projects and initiatives related to People & Culture, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a Generalist, People & Culture, or Employee Experience role.
- Strong hands-on experience with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Good understanding of People & Culture and Employee Experience best practices.
- Proficient in HR administration and documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all organizational levels.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proactive, approachable, and employee-focused mindset.
- Good command of written and verbal English.

Preferred Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HRIS platforms or HR systems is preferred.
