We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR Generalist to oversee daily HR operations and support the entire employee lifecycle. This role involves managing HR administration, maintaining employee records, handling attendance and leave management, coordinating payroll, administering medical insurance, facilitating performance management, driving employee engagement, conducting compensation reviews, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS/HR software.
- Oversee attendance tracking, leave management, overtime, and payroll data inputs.
- Administer the end-to-end payroll process ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Handle medical insurance processes such as enrollments, claims coordination, and responding to employee inquiries.
- Manage performance appraisal cycles through HR software, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and maintaining performance records.
- Coordinate annual salary increments, bonuses, and performance-based compensation reviews.
- Support recruitment efforts, onboarding procedures, employee relations, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements, maintaining a high standard of governance.
- Prepare and present HR reports covering headcount, attendance, turnover, performance metrics, compensation, and benefits.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles.
- Proficiency in HRIS/HRMS platforms and performance management systems.
- Solid understanding of payroll processes, employee benefits administration, medical insurance, and compensation management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and advanced Excel skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and strong attention to detail.
