We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources professional to join our team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new employees. Additionally, this role involves assisting with the planning and execution of training and development initiatives to foster employee growth and engagement. This position requires hands-on involvement and collaboration within the HR department to ensure smooth and effective recruitment and development processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the talent acquisition process by sourcing potential candidates, screening resumes, and facilitating the onboarding of new hires.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of training and development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and performance.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment and employee onboarding.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with candidates and internal teams.
- Analytical abilities to assess candidate qualifications and support HR initiatives.

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in screening CVs.
- At least 2 years of experience in sourcing candidates.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in onboarding new employees.

Additional Information:
- This is a full-time position.
- The monthly salary starts from Rs 80,000.
- The role requires in-person attendance at the work location.
