HR Generalist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team at ibex Lahore. This on-site role operates from 3 PM to 12 AM and involves managing the full employee lifecycle along with supporting various HR operational activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, a service-oriented approach, and the potential to grow into a leadership position within our dynamic, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage end-to-end employee onboarding processes.
- Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee data management.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including hiring, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Support medical insurance operations by handling queries, enrolments, data management, escalations, and reporting.
- Prepare and update employment records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Explain HR policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees to ensure clarity and compliance.
- Manage employee data related to various lifecycle events and support HR operational activities.
- Address employee queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Support performance management initiatives, employee relations, and conflict resolution efforts.
- Provide guidance on HR-related topics such as leave management and compensation, resolving any arising issues.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to address employee grievances and assist in conflict resolution.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources is preferred.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
