HR Generalist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team at ibex Lahore. This on-site role operates from 3 PM to 12 AM and involves managing the full employee lifecycle while supporting various HR operational activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the potential to grow into a leadership position within our fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage end-to-end employee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
- Maintain and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to keep accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating employees.
- Support medical insurance operations by handling queries, enrolments, data management, escalations, and generating reports.
- Prepare and update employment records related to various employee lifecycle events.
- Explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to both new and existing employees.
- Handle employee queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Support performance management initiatives, employee relations, and conflict resolution efforts.
- Provide guidance to employees on HR-related topics such as leave policies and compensation, resolving any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to address employee grievances and assist in conflict resolution.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in HR.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
