The HR Intern will play a vital role in supporting the Human Capital Department by assisting with daily HR activities. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment activities, including screening CVs and shortlisting candidates.
- Support interview scheduling and coordinate communication with candidates.
- Help maintain and update employee and recruitment records accurately.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and other departmental documentation.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and other HR-related activities.
- Support training and development efforts by coordinating training sessions and managing attendance records.
- Assist with HR documentation and digital processes through the Employee Portal.
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative and coordination tasks efficiently.

Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from BBA, BS, MBA, HRM, Management Sciences, or a related field.
