Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the full recruitment cycle for technical roles, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Utilize recruitment tools, job boards, and LinkedIn to identify and engage potential candidates with technical expertise.
- Support the coordination of interviews and help maintain an organized candidate pipeline.
- Contribute to strengthening the employer brand by creating engaging job postings and conducting outreach activities.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and HR records to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of technical positions.
- Provide support for additional HR initiatives and perform administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Genuine interest in technical recruitment and a desire to learn about various technology roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and team members.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and Microsoft Office applications is advantageous.
