HR Intern

We are seeking a motivated and passionate HR Intern to join our team and kickstart your career in human resources. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates with a BBA in HR who are eager to gain practical, hands-on experience in a corporate HR environment. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced HR professionals and develop a solid foundation in various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gain practical exposure to core HR functions including recruitment, coordination, HR operations, and employee engagement.
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
- Support HR operations by helping with documentation, record-keeping, and employee onboarding processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree specializing in Human Resources.
