HR Intern

Tanzilite Digital Marketing, located in Johar Town, Lahore, is offering a full-time, on-site HR Internship designed for fresh graduates and students seeking practical experience in human resources. Key Responsibilities
Assist in posting job vacancies across multiple platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment sites to attract potential candidates. Screen resumes and shortlist applicants based on specific job criteria. Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the process. Conduct initial screening calls and follow up with candidates as necessary to maintain engagement. Maintain accurate records including employee files, attendance sheets, and other relevant HR documentation. Support the onboarding process for new hires and interns, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and assist in fulfilling those requirements. Help prepare offer letters, internship agreements, and other HR-related documents. Contribute to maintaining a professional and organized workplace environment that reflects the company’s values.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree or be currently enrolled in a program related to Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a similar field. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective interaction with candidates and employees. Basic proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets is required to manage documentation and data efficiently.
