HR Intern (Male only)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team at our Gulistan-e-Johar, Block 12, Karachi office. This full-time, on-site position offers a valuable opportunity for fresh graduates or current students pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and daily HR operations. The role involves working the evening shift from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, with a competitive stipend ranging from Rs 25,000 to Rs 35,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including candidate screening and shortlisting
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update employee records accurately
- Support attendance tracking and manage HR documentation
- Facilitate onboarding activities and employee coordination
- Provide administrative support to the HR team on daily tasks
- Communicate effectively with candidates and employees regarding HR-related matters

Required Qualifications:
- Male candidate
- Fresh graduate or currently enrolled in a degree program related to HR, Business Administration, or a similar field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and accept responsibility
- Well-organized and detail-oriented approach to work
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
