HR Intern

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team on a night shift basis. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR data management, workforce reporting, and administrative support, with the potential to transition into a permanent full-time role. The position requires working on-site in Rawalpindi from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for numbers, accuracy in data handling, and an interest in HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Accurately input, audit, and maintain employee master records within the corporate HRMS databases.
- Performance Tracking: Assist in gathering probation review forms, appraisal documents, and performance-related data to support HR evaluations.
- Documentation Audit: Review employee digital profiles to identify missing documents and coordinate follow-ups to ensure complete records.
- Process Optimization: Contribute to improving data entry templates and workflows to enhance the efficiency of HR reporting processes.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, especially those with strong numerical accuracy and an interest in HR data metrics.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, basic formulas, and data validation techniques.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, a problem-solving approach, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Availability: Must be able to work on-site during night shift hours in Rawalpindi.
