We are seeking a motivated Learning & Development Coordinator to manage and support various training initiatives within the organization. This role involves coordinating end-to-end learning activities, facilitating onboarding sessions, maintaining training records, and assisting in the analysis of training needs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication skills, with a keen interest in employee development and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of Learning & Development activities, including managing training logistics, tracking attendance, facilitating sessions, and conducting post-training follow-ups.
- Facilitate onboarding and foundational learning sessions that cover company values, employee engagement, and key L&D topics.
- Conduct research to enhance training materials, learner engagement strategies, and overall learning content.
- Maintain accurate records of training participation, certifications, feedback, and generate relevant reports.
- Collect, analyze, and report on training feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements for future programs.
- Prepare detailed summaries and reports on training effectiveness and learning impact.
- Support both virtual and in-person training operations by managing scheduling, logistics, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) by identifying skill gaps and suggesting appropriate learning opportunities.
- Collaborate with various departments to communicate training schedules, updates, and initiatives effectively.
- Contribute to team projects, process improvements, policy updates, and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field; a minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
- Between 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience, including internships, academic projects, or exposure to HR, Learning & Development, coordination, or training support roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and time management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Basic knowledge of reporting, data analysis, and interpreting feedback with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to summarize information and generate actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism in communication and handling sensitive information with discretion.
