HR MANAGER (FEMALE)

We are seeking a dedicated HR professional to manage comprehensive human resource functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations to ensure smooth and compliant workplace practices. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively coordinate performance management, training initiatives, and maintain accurate employee records while fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Oversee HR operations including attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update employee records and essential HR documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts to maintain a harmonious workplace.
- Implement and monitor performance management systems, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
- Ensure adherence to company policies as well as local labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and skill enhancement.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR, preferably with some leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices and labor law compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience working with HR information systems.
