GST International, based in Gujranwala, Pakistan, is seeking a highly skilled and professional HR Manager to join our team at the Master City, C Block office. Key Responsibilities:

- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Lead HR operations independently, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the HR department.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of staff, demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in human resources management with a proven track record.
- Strong expertise in recruitment processes, including candidate evaluation and interviewing.
- Proficiency in employee management, attendance tracking, and performance monitoring.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, documentation, and employee relations practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage HR operations without supervision.
