We are seeking an experienced and confident HR Manager to lead and manage the company’s human resources operations and people-management functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, practical HR management experience, and the ability to independently handle HR responsibilities while collaborating closely with senior leadership. This role demands a mature, solution-focused professional capable of managing employee relations, recruitment, performance management, HR policies, workforce planning, and daily employee matters effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee comprehensive HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and separation processes.
- Manage employee relations, attendance, leave, performance, disciplinary actions, and address employee concerns promptly.
- Serve as a liaison between management and employees to promote effective communication, coordination, and a professional workplace environment.
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and workplace discipline standards.
- Provide guidance and support to management on employee-related issues, performance challenges, disciplinary matters, and workforce planning.
- Lead manpower planning efforts and assist management with organizational development and workforce requirements.
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate employee performance evaluations and performance improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, reports, and confidential documentation with strict compliance.
- Supervise payroll coordination, employee benefits administration, and final settlement procedures.
- Identify gaps in HR processes and recommend practical improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably including prior managerial or supervisory roles.
- Confident, mature, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong leadership capabilities with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and coordination abilities.
- Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR documentation.
