Al Haadi Mobilya is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of human resources within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing effective HR strategies, managing recruitment and onboarding, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and cultivating a positive workplace culture that aligns with the company’s values and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems to support organizational goals.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee employee performance management and appraisal processes to drive productivity and growth.
- Address employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
- Ensure compliance with Pakistan’s labor laws and internal company regulations.
- Coordinate payroll, attendance tracking, and leave management efficiently.
- Plan and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Support management with organizational planning and workforce optimization initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Foster a positive, productive, and ethical work environment that encourages employee engagement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum years of HR experience (exact number to be specified), preferably within retail or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong understanding of Pakistan labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost integrity.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
