Pinetrix is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee the human resources function across three associated companies within its business group. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, policy development, compliance, and workforce planning across all organizations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in environments such as BPO, IT, software, technology, call centers, or professional services, where understanding similar workforce dynamics is essential. Female candidates are preferred for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations across three companies, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Collaborate with leadership and department heads to plan workforce needs and hiring strategies.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and workplace standards.
- Oversee onboarding, probation periods, confirmations, employee documentation, and offboarding processes.
- Manage attendance, leave records, punctuality, employee files, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and maintain accurate employee information systems.
- Establish and administer performance evaluation and appraisal systems.
- Handle employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Support managers in performance improvement initiatives and employee development.
- Drive employee engagement, retention efforts, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Track HR metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Ensure HR practices comply with employment laws and remain aligned with business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing HR functions independently or leading HR teams.
- Strong expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Solid understanding of performance management, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage HR requirements across multiple businesses simultaneously.
- Demonstrated sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive employee matters.
- Comfortable working directly with senior leadership.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of taking ownership with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
Experience in BPO, IT, software, call center, technology, or professional services environments is strongly preferred due to the similarity in workforce dynamics. The successful candidate will view HR as more than just recruitment and administration, balancing employee experience, company culture, and business accountability. This role requires someone who can establish scalable HR systems, make informed decisions, and communicate confidently with both management and employees.
Compensation
The monthly salary range for this position is Rs80,000 to Rs130,000.
Work Location
This is a full-time, onsite role based at the Abdul Sattar Edhi Road office in Lahore.
