Winklin is a creative design studio specializing in 2D and 3D character design, animation, and digital artwork. As part of our growth, we are looking to expand our HR team by hiring a motivated HR Officer to oversee recruitment, employee coordination, and daily HR operations during the night shift. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
- Prepare and maintain onboarding documentation for new hires.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and maintain accurate employee files.
- Organize and maintain HR documentation and files systematically.
- Handle day-to-day HR and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
- Support the smooth execution of routine HR operations to ensure organizational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Some hands-on experience in HR, including internships, is preferred (0–1 year).
- Graduate or currently pursuing a university degree.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and general HR processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees and management.
- Must be comfortable and available to work night shift hours.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- This is an in-person role based in the Buffer Zone / North Nazimabad area of Karachi, with final placement determined according to business needs.
- The position requires working six days a week during the night shift.
- The salary range is PKR 40,000 to 45,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
